My boss revolution didnt work even after doing what the representative had said I do. Im very disappointed. I wish I could get it to work.Thank you
My account wrongfully disabled
I have been your valued customer for a long time. Recently I was unable to use the balance in my account to make call.
Upon my investigation I was told you disable my account because of $5 charge back by my bank.
Sometime in June, I observed $5 wrongful debit to my account ending 1086. I called your customer service who review the debit and promised a reversal.
After waiting for sometime and debit was still oustanding, I disputed it with my bank who after investigations of my didpute charged back the amoun. I am perfectly certain that I didnt buy anything worth $5 from you.

A very awful experience. I called several, and they would keep me on hold for hours or tell me to drop my number and that they would get back to me, which they never did.

No customer service and no way of getting in touch with them. Not happy with the service or the way they are not handling the situation.
I'm not able to provide the customer with the necessary assistance.
It's sad that we have been trying to get in touch with someone to deal with the customer's issue. We need someone to give us feedback regarding the problem we have as soon as possible.

My credit card Wrongly charged
My credit card has been charged without my approval and I don't even see the credit on boos account. I need to speak to a representative to find out why

Am very disappointed that I can wake up one day and this app start rejecting my phone number is very disappointing
They take my money
On 12 August they take $10 on my account when when I call the customer service to speak to them i Can get them

I have been trying to get help with a money transfer issue I live in USA I have an account in Africa I always send money no issue I sent money it stated paid but it was not in my account I asked for them to investigate and trace it they said if the bank In Africa has to report it that doesnt make since I am the sender and receiver thats why I would need their help to trace my money its a month later I am still here money is not accounted for dont use Boss money transfer!

I am still having Problem to log in my Boss revolution account.
I can't log in my account because I have been trying to make a phone call.Boss Rev is the best ,to make call to everywhere.
I have $9 in boss revolution account and I can’t call out to Asia country. Customer service can’t result the issues. They need to get some one speaking English.
Cant call out to Asia country like normal call to family members. I have $9 in my account. I do understand if NO money in the account.

Recharged my card today 4th of July and no additional minute was added to my $5 card
I expect my 20percent increase to be added to my calling card but didnt receive that from Boss revolution for the 4th of July Independence Day 2024. I expect the company to add it so that they can stand on their words
