I use Boss Revolution to send money to and from. However, recently I saw where you could send money as well.
Ok, so I thought how convenient it was to send the money. For three days now, the other party can't receive the money. I tried calling, no response; tried email, no response. Upon the third day, I Googled a number, tried it, and it had me on wait for a good 20 to 25 minutes.
When an agent answered, I asked about what's with the delay. She said the other party needs to fill out a form. What!!! Why has no one said that?
When I got upset, I was told an email was sent this morning. To which email address?
I asked for a cancellation and was told 2 to 5 business days before I can receive my money back. What the *** This will never happen again.
