Realmente después de hacer el envío qué salió mal me comunique y me dijeron que se resolvería pero el banco me dice que ese dinero se perdió que ellos ya no tienen acceso a ese dinero ni a esa transacción!
no había tenido problemas y había recomendado la app, pero ahora lo tuve y si ese problema creo que no la se soluciona creo que no la volvería usar y menos a recomendar! Y además no tienen servicio al cliente por medio de llamada solo mensaje o correo eléctrico

Mobile number hacked and auto recharge from bank account still charging
Previously, I used another number, which is 347445****. Unfortunately, it was hacked more than 7 months ago, and I am no longer using this number.
Still, auto-recharge is charging from my Chase bank account.

It is our product but we can't fix it but we.will tell you how to do it even though you know nothing about it
Figure out to fix you own equipment. Higher someone that knows how to fix your equipment.
We loved the first three yrs with NO problems. But now. We have to find another company because no one can add ONE NUMBER TO A PHONE NUMBER.

My money been taken off my card, without me getting any service
I would never recommend this app to anyone, they keep taking off my money, I top up with $10, still have $5.40 balances on my account, now Im been charged twice $10 x2, whenever I dial my mom #, without she answer the minutes keeps going down until that $10 are finished. I did not sign up for a plan,scam.
